Shorter University’s Online Sport Management Degree has been ranked among the “15 Affordable Online Bachelor’s Degrees in Sports Management” by AffordableColleges.com. Shorter is No. 11 on the list.

The Affordable Online Colleges ranking is the third such honor in less than 12 months for Shorter’s Sport Management program. Shorter ranked as No. 25 on the list of “Top 30 Best Online Sports Management Degrees” compiled by Best Degree Programs and as No. 29 on Sports Management Degree Guide’s 2016 list of the “50 Most Affordable Small Southern Colleges for a Sports Management Degree.”

Shorter University offers students the option of earning a BBA in Sport Management online or through traditional classes on campus. Successful completion of the degree requires a 12-hour internship; online students have the option to participate. Past internships for undergraduates include positions with the Atlanta Falcons, Rome Braves, LSU Athletic Department, Atlanta Blaze, Jackie Robinson Ballpark, and GearSafe Technologies.
