Dr. Earl has been with Shorter University since 2013. Dr. Earl earned his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995. After relocating to the City of Atlanta in 1998, Dr. Earl earned his Masters Degree in Business in 2003 from Keller Graduate School of Management. His concentration area was the field of finance. In 2005, Dr. Earl earned his second Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis. In 2012, Dr. Earl completed his Doctorate of Business Degree from Argosy University. His dissertation analyzed debt among the baby boomers, generation x, and the millennials.
Dr. Earl currently serves as Assistant Professor of Finance at Shorter University in the online program. Dr. Earl earned faculty member of the year honors in just his third year of service.
Dr. Earl serves as the treasurer of small corporation in Atlanta that provides residential care for the developmentally disabled. His contributions include financial planning, risk management, and research.
Dr. Earl is married to Alexa Earl and they reside just south of the City of Atlanta. Further his interests include economics, opinion writing, and sports.
