Join us for a pre-game meal and fellowship before kickoff. Alumni meals available with event registration at $10 per person.

Home on the Hill Poster Contest

Help us celebrate Homecoming 2025 by showcasing your creativity! The first annual Home on the Hill Poster Contest invites students, alumni, faculty, and staff to submit original artwork that captures the spirit of Homecoming at Shorter University.

The winning design will become the official Home on the Hill poster for 2025 and will be featured across campus and at Homecoming events. Posters will also be available for purchase, supporting future Homecoming festivities.

How to Enter:
To be eligible, participants must complete both of the following steps:

  1. Fill out the official Microsoft Entry Form

  2. Email your high-resolution poster design as a PDF to publicrelations@shorter.edu

    • Subject Line: Home on the Hill Poster Entry – [Your Name]

Deadline to submit: Friday, August 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM

The winning artist will be recognized during Homecoming weekend. We can’t wait to see your vision of Home on the Hill!

To enter, you must:

  • Complete this entry form
  • Email your poster design as a high-resolution PDF to:

    Subject Line: Home on the Hill Poster Entry – [Your Name]

Your submission is incomplete without BOTH the form and the emailed design.

Poster Design Requirements

  • Original artwork only (no copyrighted or AI-generated images)
  • Size/Format: 12x18 inches
  • Resolution: 300 DPI (3600 x 5400 pixels)
  • File type: High-resolution PDF
  • Must include:
    • “Home on the Hill”
    • “Shorter University Homecoming 2025”
  • The Shorter University logo will be added after submission.
  • Accepted artwork types:
    • Photography
    • Digital graphic design
    • Traditional artwork (must be digitized)
