Welcome! Shorter University is proud to be on the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) list of Recommended Universities. Here are a few reasons you will love Shorter.
At many universities it is easy for international students to only make friends with people from their home country. They stay in a bubble of their own culture. This is not possible at Shorter since we admit only a few students per country. Our students have the best opportunity to encounter diverse people, understand American culture, and improve their English.
We know writing academic reports and essays is hard work, especially in a foreign language. Our Tutoring Center offers free writing support and can help students study for almost any course. In addition, professors here have a passion for teaching and they are happy to discuss your work.
