Dr. Natale is the Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Sport Management of the Ledbetter College of Business at Shorter University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Toccoa Falls College, a Masters of Sport Science in Sport Management from The United States Sports Academy, and a Doctorate of Education of Sport Management with a Specialization in Sports Leadership and Emphasis in Sports Theory.
He began his teaching tenure in 2012 at Toccoa Falls College. He comes to Shorter University entering his 6th year of professorship with an extensive background in curriculum development and online instructional design. Throughout six years of professorship, Mr. Natale has developed three-sport management academic programs, which have been recipients of two regional awards and six national awards including,

He has life experience in the public business sector as well as sport industries ranging from published automotive journalist, sport marketing, coaching, and recruiting. Dr. Natale is married to his wife Kristen and has two children, Enzo and Lena.
