Edwin Odipo Nyamwala is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in Ledbetter College at Shorter University. He holds a bachelor degree of business management and mathematics from Mid-Continent University (Mayfield, Kentucky), MBA from Murray State University (Murray, Kentucky), and a DBA studies in Marketing and International Business from Northcentral University.
Formerly from Mid-Continent University, his alma mater, Edwin served as the lead faculty in marketing and taught in their adult and traditional program for over 6 years, and faculty advisor for Sigma Beta Delta. He had also worked for Barclay’s Bank of Kenya before relocating to the U.S.A.
Edwin teaches various courses such as principles of marketing, marketing research, international business, business ethics, advertising, and international marketing.
He enjoys working at Shorter University because it gives him the opportunity to work on an individual basis with students, and to help them become successful business entrepreneurs, while talking about our faith freely.
