How does it work?

We want our students to have the opportunity to follow their dreams, both on campus and after graduation, without the burden of student loan debt.

The Shorter Promise helps repay federal, private, alternative, & parent PLUS loans.

What is it?

The Shorter Promise is a financial safety-net we provide at no cost to you or your family. Our PROMISE ensures that:

If you earn less than $40,000 after you graduate, the Shorter Promise helps you repay your student and parent loans.

How do I get it?

We are pleased to offer this to a limited number of Georgia Baptist incoming first-time freshmen for fall of 2018, at no cost to you. Sign your Shorter Promise award and enroll at Shorter University.
