REQUESTING BOOKS OR MUSIC SCORES OWNED BY ANOTHER CAMPUS

Books and music scores located at another Shorter library can be sent to the campus where you study. This is known as an intercampus loan. Most intercampus loans are fulfilled within the week.

To Request a Book through Intercampus Loan

• First, perform a search for the item in the Shorter library catalog.
  
  
• If you find an entry for the item, go to the request form labeled Book or Score From Another Shorter College Library. If you do not find an entry for the item, submit an Intercampus Loan Request for Books and we will order it from another library.
  
  
• Fill out the form completely, then click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. If available, your materials should arrive within a week.

When your intercampus loan materials arrive at your campus library, you will be contacted by a campus representative. Pick up your materials from Michael Wilson at the North Atlanta Campus and from the Assistant Resource Facilitators at the Lawrenceville and Riverdale campuses. Rome students pick up materials at the library circulation desk. Please return interlibrary loan materials promptly.
