Cheryl Culp is a senior from Rome, Georgia, majoring in General Studies. Cheryl has been active in the Student Government Association since her freshman year serving as a senator the first year and FAB Director for the past two years

Cheryl is involved on campus by being a peer mentor, a peer tutor, a Shorter Orientation Staff/Camp Hawk Coordinator Alpha Chi, the Academy of the Aristaeusand a member of Shorter Relations Society. Cheryl enjoys reading, swimming, being outside, and working for the Preschool ministry at West Rome Baptist Church. Cheryl is honored to serve as the 2011-2012 SGA President.

Vice President - Brittaney Haley

Brittaney Haley is a Senior from Royston, Georgia, majoring in Pre-medicine. Brittaney has been active in the Student Government Association since her freshman year serving as a senator, and serving as the 2010-2011 SGA Secretary.

Brittaney is involved on campus by being President Tri Beta Honor Society, and Treasurer of Allied Health Club. Brittaney enjoys reading, running, walking, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends. Brittaney is honored to serve as the 2011-2012 SGA Vice President

Secretary - Meredith Rhodes

Meredith Rhodes is a Junior from Brooks, GA, majoring in Early Childhood Education. She has been active in SGA since her sophmore year, serving as a senator. Meredith enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Meredith is honored to serve as the 2011-2012 SGA Secretary.

Treasurer - Ryan Jennings

Ryan Jennings is a Sophmore from Canton, GA, majoring in Mathematics and Education. He has been active in SGA since his freshman year serving as a senator.

Ryan is invovled on campus by being involved in Math Club, Fitton Activities Board, Sports Editor for the Periscope, a Social Fraternity, Shorter Relations Society, a peer tutor and an Inter Fraternity Council delegate. Ryan enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, watching movies, being outside, and going to church. Ryan is honored to serve as the 2011-2012 SGA Treasurer.

Fitton Activities Board Director - Laura Watson

Laura Watson is a Senior from Peachtee City, GA, majoring in Art with a minor in Journalism. She has been a member of the Fitton Activites Board (FAB) since her freshman year. Laura served as MUG Coordinator in 2010-2011 and has attended the APCA Conference in 2010 and 2011 in Atlanta, GA.

Laura is invovled on campus as a member of the Shorter Relations Society, Residence Life, Alpha Chi, The Academy of the Aristaeus and Peer Tutoring. She is a staff photographer for the campus newspaper and yearbook. Laura enjoys hanging out with friends, Shorter Hawks soccer and basketball games and tennis matches. Go Hawks! Laura is honored to serve as the 2011-2012 Fitton Activities Board Director.
