Required:

- Intent to Enroll Form
- Enrollment and Hawk Orientation deposit ($275)
- Online Orientation Registration
- Health Immunization Form
- FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
- HOPE & GTEG (Georgia residents only)

- Final High School or College Transcript

Other, If Applicable:

- Housing Questionnaire Form
- Housing Deposit ($200)
- Additional SAT/ACT scores
- Shorter Scholars Program Application
