Admissions Checklist

The Office of Admissions is providing this list of requirements to complete the admissions process.

NOTE! Students starting Spring Semester 2008 should call 800-868-6980, ext. 7312 or 706-233-7312 to register for their SUMMIT new student orientation session on January 4, 2008.

Deadline to register is December 14, 2007. Click here for a schedule of events.

By providing this checklist, we encourage you to make these items a priority, so that your admissions process will be completed in a timely manner.

Required:

- Intent to Enroll Form

- Enrollment and SUMMIT deposit ($275)

- SUMMIT Form (Orientation & Registration)

- Health Immunization Form

- FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

- HOPE & GTEG (Georgia residents only)

- Final High School or College Transcript

     - Housing Questionnaire Form

- Housing Deposit ($200)

     - Additional SAT/ACT scores
