The Shorter Chorus invites you to join us as we begin our concert season with a performance featuring choral masterworks by Handel and Vaughan Williams. Commemorating the centennial of his birth, this concert will also include music by celebrated American composer Samuel Barber.

The popular Rome tradition returns this year as we bring in the season with performances by the Shorter Chorale and Shorter Chorus, and a very special guest high school choir! There will be songs old and new, magnificent instrumentalists, audience sing-a-longs, and guest faculty soloists! From the glittering decorations, to the festive holiday spirit, this event is sure to start your Christmas season with a flourish!
