Wanda Hillman earned her BME degree from Berry College in 1989. Since1991, she has taught piano privately at her home, and in 2002, she began teaching general music and private piano at the Montessori School of Rome. She joined the Shorter University Music Department in 2011. She has been a church organist since 1983, and has served as Organist at St Peter’s Episcopal Church in Rome, Georgia, since 1995.

Ms. Hillman has performed extensively as an accompanist locally for solo artists and choruses, and has accompanied recitals and choral performances in New York, London, Bath, Prague and Salzburg. Wanda studied organ with Dr. Peter DeWitt of Shorter University as well as organ performance and improvisation at the St. Giles International School of Organ, in the Barbican Center, in London, England. Wanda lives in Rome with her three children: Jackson, Julia, and Alex.
