Mr. Richard Bristow, Adjunct Faculty Member, is the award-winning set designer for Shorter.  Bristow has done extensive design work for colleges and community theatre groups. Included in his credits are Indiana University Theatre, Brown County Playhouse, University of Colorado in Denver and the Georgia Ensemble Theatre.   He has also worked with the Denver Center Theatre Company, La Jolla Playhouse, Alabama Shakespeare Festival and Georgia Shakespeare Festival.

In early 2005 Mr. Bristow received a Faculty Merit Award from the Kennedy American College Theatre Festival for his set design on the college's production of West Side Story. Bristow holds two master's degrees in the arts, one from Indiana University and the other from Wake Forest University.   He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brenau University.
