Mr. Brian Palat

Adjunct Instructor of Music - Percussion

 

Brian Palat has studied percussion for nearly 20 years.  He performs regularly as a concert percussionist and as a drum set artist.  

He maintains a private studio of up to 35 students a week ranging from ages 5-65!  He has performed with the Kennesaw State University Wind Ensembles, Jazz Bands, Percussion Ensembles, The University of North Texas Green Brigade Marching band, as well as the UNT Afro-Cuban/Brazilian  Ensembles. Currently Brian maintains the drum throne backing up country artist Elizabeth Bell and also The Would Be Thieves.  

Brian holds an A.A. in Music From Middle Georgia College and a B.M. in Education with Percussion emphasis from Kennesaw State University.
