PUBLIC RELATIONS

Shorter College Public Relations maintains the college’s identity through media relations, print and electronic communications, and athletic news.

Our staff:

• Promotes college news and events through the media
• Assists reporters seeking information on the college
• Assists in representing the college to key external constituencies
• Writes and designs official college publications including Shorter magazine
• Develops and maintains the college’s official Web site
• Produces electronic communications including the award-winning Virtually Shorter e-newsletter
• Distributes news and prepares publications related to Shorter’s intercollegiate athletic program
