Shorter University Public Relations maintains the university’s identity through media relations, print and electronic communications, and athletic news.

Our staff:

• Promotes university news and events through the media
• Assists reporters seeking information on the university
• Assists in representing the university to key external constituencies
• Writes and designs official university publications including Shorter magazine
• Develops and maintains the university’s official website
• Produces electronic communications including the award-winning Virtually Shorter e-newsletter
• Distributes news and prepares publications related to Shorter’s intercollegiate athletic program
