Former Shorter College men's soccer star Ciaran Traquair has now entered into the world of professional soccer playing for the Mississippi Brilla. Shorter Chorale's Tour to Italy Includes Performances at The Vatican and St. Mark's Cathedral

The Shorter Chorale, Shorter College’s premiere performing ensemble, will make institutional history while touring Italy in May. Under the direction of Shorter alumna Dr. Martha Shaw, the choral ensemble will perform at five sites, including St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City. Read more>

Women's Golf Receive At-Large Bid to Nationals

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the qualifiers for the 14th Annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championship, with the Shorter College Lady Hawks receiving an at-large bid. The tournament will be held at Lake San Marcos Country Club in San Diego, Calif., May 20-23, 2008. Read more>

Softball to Play in NAIA National Championships May 16-21

Following an end-of-season ranking at No. 7 in the nation, the Shorter College Lady Hawks softball team will return to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics' National Softball Championship for the second straight year, held May 16-21 in Decatur, Ala.
